In April of 1997, Harry became Creative Director and Partner of the San Francisco office of Leagas Delaney. Harry's work has been well received by the trade's press and award shows. The 'got milk?' campaign was named one of the best campaigns of the decade. And his milk spot "Heaven" was named as Adweek's best of the year. The adidas "YANKS" campaign for the New York Yankees won at the Clios and Cannes. The adidas brand campaign was named by Adweek as one of the year's best and the Clios picked adidas as its client of the year. The adidas, "Runner's, Yeah we're different" print campaign appeared in Communication Arts and won the Gold pencil for print in last year's One Show. The work for CNET won gold in the New York Art Directors Show and a Lion at Cannes. Campaigns by the San Francisco agency have been included in the past three Kelly Award's for excellence in magazine advertising. In addition to creative awards, much of Harry's work has won Effies for its effectiveness in the marketplace.

In July 0f 2002 Harry returned to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as Creative Director on SBC, Goodyear and Discover Card. In June of 2003, with Harry's help, the agency won the brand assignment for AT&T Wireless and he currently serves as day-to-day CD on that business.
