Lance Jensen was previously Executive Vice President, Group Creative Director at Arnold Advertising, where he was the driving force behind the phenomenally successful Drivers Wanted campaign for Volkswagen. In the spring of 1998, he led the launch of the New Beetle with a breakthrough campaign that swept virtually every national and international award show in which it was entered. 1999 saw breakthrough commercials for the new Golf, Jetta, Passat, and Cabrio produced under his stewardship. The result was a 250% increase in sales for Volkswagen in just under five years, firmly establishing Jensen as one of the top creative directors in the country. His work has been cited by Advertising Age and AdWeek as the best of 1995, 1997, 1998, and 1999. Other awards include the Cannes Grand Prix, Press and Poster, 1998; M.P.A. Kelly Awards (Sweep); Andys (Grandy); Grand Clio; One Show; Hatch Best of Show; Obie Grand Prize; Archive; and Communication Arts.
