Former mushroom farmer, hired by BMP as a copywriter in 1985 (despite being Disle... Dicl... Dysle... a bad speller). Stayed for ten years before moving to Leagas Delaney. Three years later transferred to BBH. October 2000 arrived at Wieden+Kennedy London where he is joint creative director with Tony Davidson. Notable achievements: Honda Cog, Everyday and Grrr.
