In his first year, Y&R Adelaide was named in the top ten creative agencies in Australasia by Campaign Brief magazine.

In 1999, Danny was made Regional Creative Director for Y&R in Australia and New Zealand and a member of Y&R's International Creative Board.

At the end of 1999, Y&R got all 3 Australian offices into the Ad News 'Agency of the Year' awards.

And Advertising Age in New York awarded Y&R Australia 'The Regional Agency of the Year' for Asia Pacific.

In Campaign Brief Magazine's "Year 2000 Report", Danny was named as one of the top ten Australian award winners of the 1990s.

In January 2001 Danny joined Clemenger BBDO Sydney as Creative Director and Deputy Chairman.

Australia's number one business magazine, BRW, named him as Australia's best Creative Director.

This year Danny was invited on to the BBDO Worldwide Creative Committee alongside Ted Sann (BBDO NY), Peter Souter (AMV BBDO UK), Suthisak Sucharittanonta (BBDO Bangkok) and Marcello Serpa (Almap BBDO Brazil).
