Tracy Wong is Creative Director, Chairman and founding partner of WONGDOODY. With offices in Seattle and Los Angeles, their accounts include Alaska Airlines, Alpine Car Audio, Bank of America, the Los Angeles Dodgers, MGM Home Entertainment, the Seattle International Film Festival and T-Mobile Wireless.
Tracy is winner of over 300 national and international creative awards including Gold Lions at Cannes, Clios, One Show, Communication Arts, the Effies, Art Directors Club, British D & AD, Graphis and The MPA Kelly Awards. He is a two-time Andy Award Grandy winner.
Tracy was named to ADWEEK's Creative 2000 list as "one of the creative leaders of tomorrow." In 1999, he was named "Marketer of the Year" by the American Marketing Association of the Pacific Northwest. Tracy is a former board member for the One Club in New York. Last year, his work for Chevys Mexican Restaurants was inducted into the Clio Hall of Fame.
Tracy cut his teeth at Ogilvy & Mather/NY and Goldsmith + Jeffrey/NY, then moved west to become a Senior Art Director at Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein/SF. Tracy started WONGDOODY in 1993 with Pat Doody. Since then their work has been featured in TIME, USA Today, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. And the agency has been profiled in CA, Graphis and Advertising Age's Creativity Magazine.
Tracy is a graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and the University of Oregon in Eugene.
