Paul started at BBDH, in 1988, where he worked on Honda and British Telecom. In 1993 he moved to Simons Palmer and created some major award winning ads for Nike and the "Campaign of the Year" for Guess Jeans. He then moved to BBH and worked on Audi, Levi's and Time Magazine.

In 1999, Paul went to run Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam and created some of the finest Nike work the agency has done. He also worked on Heineken and Coca-Cola. In 2003, he came back to the UK and took the helm of one of London's biggest agencies Leo Burnett running all of their FMCG brands.

Paul joined up with Chris Clarke in 2004 to be a founder member of Nitro. You'll find him there today trying to what he has always done to the best of his abilities.
