Pete Favat lives and breathes everything creative. He oversees all of Arnold’s clients and is credited with launching truth®, the most successful national anti-tobacco program ever. Pete’s won every award there is to win, including Gold Lions at Cannes, Gold pencils at the One Show, Communication Arts honors, Andy’s, Clio’s, British D&AD, and Grand EFFIEs. In addition to advertising, he directed a highly acclaimed documentary film for MTV called “I Can’t Breathe.” Pete started his career in New York City working on Diet Coke and

Coca Cola. At 25, he moved to Boston and became Creative Director and Partner of Houston Herstek Favat. When Houston Herstek Favat was acquired in 1999, he began pouring his passion for flannel shirts and great creative into his new agency, Arnold and was appointed Chief Creative Officer of the Boston office in 2006.
