Jureeporn Thaidumrong
JEH United, Bangkok
Jureeporn originates from Thailand. Everyone likes to call her Jeh Judee which, in Chinese, means big sister because of her many years experienced in the industry and has been all over the world to be a guest speaker and judge.
Jeh Judee studied Marketing/Economic/Finance, but she began her career as a copywriter at DY&R. She then became a senior at Leo Burnett and later was promoted to creative director in 1998 at Results Advertising (an Ogilvy and Mather Agency Hot Shop) before moving to Saatchi & Saatchi to be Executive Creative Director in 2002.
She started her own creative shop in 2005 called “Jeh United” and was named as the world’s 18th most awarded agency by the GUNN Report since the first year established. Judee also became Asia Pacific Creative of the Year in 2006 by Media Magazine, HK. Her very first campaign “Smooth E,” “Baby Face Foam,” and “Love Story” won best in 3 major Asian award-competitions - - Best Film in Asia Pacific AdFest, Best of Show in Asian Award (Spike), Gold in AWARD and a Gold Cannes Lion Campaign.
Judee became one of the most powerful women in the Asian advertising industry. She won the first Gold Cannes Lion for Thailand for her work on Tabasco’s “Cigarette” in 2000 and Thailand’s first Silver Pencil D&AD for Streamlight Torch’s “See What’s Really Out There” in 2003.
But none of the above made her as proud as being a godmother of a hundred stray (street) dogs for more than 13 years.
