Rayyan Aoun, originally from Lebanon, gained prominence in the MENA region after studying Graphic Design at the American University of Beirut. He began his creative career in 2005 with J. Walter Thompson Dubai and later took on the role of Executive Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson Riyadh in 2015, further honing his creative expertise.

At Wunderman Thompson, Aoun has redefined creativity in Saudi Arabia, making the Riyadh office the nation’s most awarded agency. His bold vision has earned global recognition, with more than 180 awards across shows. He made history by securing Saudi’s first Grand Prix at Dubai Lynx in 2015 and Cannes Lions in 2023. Through his pioneering work, Aoun continues to elevate Saudi creativity on the global stage.

In late 2023, Rayyan Aoun took on the role of Chief Creative Officer at BigTime Creative Shop, with the responsibility of building and leading a dynamic creative team. Under his visionary leadership, the agency swiftly evolved into a creative powerhouse, delivering groundbreaking work that not only turned heads but also garnered attention from major global media outlets like The Sun, The Guardian, GQ, Hypebeast, and many others. This surge in recognition and acclaim sparked a wave of interest from new clients, significantly expanding the agency’s client base and driving an impressive boost in top-line performance.
