After 4 years in Chicago, US, Andrea Siqueira is back to Brazil as Partner and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Ampfy, one of the biggest independent agencies in Latin America. Andrea was named Creative Professional of the Year at the 2019 Caboré Awards and one of the most awarded Creative Directors in the world by One Show in 2024.

Andrea started her career at DM9DDB, worked for JWT, Africa, BETC, and spent the last four years in Chicago, USA, where she led the creative teams at FCB Chicago and EnergyBBDO, serving on the creative board of the North American operation.

She’s a big believer of the power of ROC, Return Over Creativity, as important as ROI, Return Over Investment.

Throughout her career, Andrea has collected more than 70 accolades including Cannes Gold Lion, Grand Prix at One Show, Grand Clio, D&AD and some other prestigious awards in the industry. She has also been entrusted with the responsibility of serving on various juries, including the Cannes Lions Jury in 2018, D&AD Jury in 2020 and 2017, One Show Jury in 2021 and 2019, Clio Jury in 2024 and 2017, LIA Awards, NY Festivals Grand Jury, the Lisbon Ad Festival Jury and President of Innovation at El Ojo de Ibero America in 2019.
