Celeste Dalairac, Executive Creative Director, ISLA
Celeste Dalairac is a well-known figure in the global advertising industry.
Currently ECD at Isla agency Buenos Aires, she has worked in some of the most prestigious agencies in the world and forged an impressive career based on her creative talent and leadership skills.
Born in Banfield, Argentina, she studied both journalism and advertising, which led her to become a prestigious “art-copywriter”.
Her professional career began in renowned Argentine agencies such as Savaglio, Kepel & Mata, Don, Ogilvy and Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, where she quickly stood out for her innovative vision as well as her unique point of view for being a woman in a male-dominated industry.
In 2014, she was selected among twelve creative women worldwide to participate in the first edition of “See It Be It”, a programme that creates space for women and non-binary people in the creative industry – accelerating their careers to work towards gender equality.
A significant breakthrough in her career occurred a year later when she was invited to join Saatchi & Saatchi London as a Regional Creative Director for Europe.
During her time in London she also worked at Santo and Grey, where she was promoted to ECD within 3 months.
Her leadership has been crucial in campaign for clients like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, P&G, Unilever, GSK, Avon, Vodafone, Amazon y Epson, cementing her reputation as an elite creative strategist.
Celeste’s work have been awarded at the most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, One Show, D&AD, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and Círculo de Creativos Argentinos and her experience has led her to be a jury in international festivals such as Cannes Lions, Mad Stars, D&AD, Creative Circle, Immortal Awards, 40 over 40, ADG Laus, Luum, Eventex, Effie, and a Jury president at both El Diente, El Ojo de iberoamérica and Gerety Awards.
In 2022 she returned to Argentina and accepted the role of Executive Creative Director at ISLA, an independent hot shop with offices in Sao Paulo, Mexico City and Buenos Aires, leading the global accounts division and sharing the creative direction with her partner and creative duo Julián Tachella.
Her latest accomplishments include winning Jerry’s 2024 Best creative professional, being named Adlatina’s Outstanding Creative 2024 and Adlatina/Adage Leading women 2025.
