Federico Fanti is a globally recognized creative leader with over 20 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As an Executive Creative Director, he has shaped campaigns for powerhouse brands like Barilla, Coca-Cola, J&J, P&G, Snickers, Pepsi, Heinz, and Walls—earning more than 400 creative awards along the way.
Known for forging strong client relationships and crafting campaigns that resonate worldwide, Federico has received accolades from Cannes Lions, Epica, D&AD, LIA, CLIO, Eurobest, One Show, Spikes, Lynx, and the New York Festival. During his time in Russia, he helped Young & Rubicam Moscow secure the country’s first-ever Cannes Lion—followed by nine more—establishing it as Russia’s most awarded agency.
At BBDO Guerrero in Manila, Federico expanded his global footprint, leaving a lasting mark on brands like Cornetto and Mars. In 2020, Best Ads Creative Ranking named him among the world’s top 10 Executive Creative Directors, cementing his reputation as a global force.
In 2022, he took on the role of Chief Creative Officer at FP7McCann MENAT, leading the agency to rapid success. Under his leadership, FP7McCann dominated the Middle East, securing 27 Lions in three years along with numerous other top honors.
In 2025, The Drum ranked Federico 45th among the world’s most awarded Chief Creative Officers—making him the only creative leader from the MENAT region to break into the global top 50. That same year, The One Show ranked him the #23 CCO worldwide and the #1 CCO in the MENA region.
Also in 2025, Federico led FP7McCann to become the most awarded agency at Cannes in the MENA region for the third consecutive year, winning 7 Cannes Lions—including the first-ever Gold Lion in the history of FP7’s Dubai office.
