Liz Taylor is Ogilvy’s Global Chief Creative Officer, setting the creative vision for the vast global network, spanning the agency’s full capabilities and its 120+ offices in more than 90 countries, including oversight of DAVID, INGO and Grey.

Liz centers her industry leadership on one core approach: Creativity with Impact, producing tangible results in business, in culture, and in the world. Since becoming Global CCO, Liz has led Ogilvy to become the only agency ever to top both WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 list rankings – and to do so for three consecutive years (2023–2025). During her tenure, Ogilvy has consistently and repeatedly earned Network of the Year accolades from The ANDY Awards, The Clio Awards, D&AD Awards, London International Awards, The One Show, and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Equity-building, culture-changing, legacy-making work is a hallmark of Liz’s career. Most notable is the canon of creative she’s led in Ogilvy’s era-defining relationship with Dove, including The CROWN Act, Cost of Beauty, Reverse Selfie, Turn Your Back, and Toxic Influence. Some of her other favorite and impactful work includes Morton Salt’s The One Moment, Michelob ULTRA’s Contract for Change, Glade / SC Johnson’s Museum of Feelings, Change the Ref’s The Lost Class, CeraVe’s Michael CeraVe, Cadbury’s Shah Rukh Khan My Ad, Powerade’s The Athlete’s Code, and Vaseline’s Transition Body Lotion and Vaseline Verified, alongside many other innovative campaigns. Her work has received several Emmy nominations and been featured at the Museum of Modern Art, on Billboard charts, in multiple Super Bowls, and among culture-topping lists like Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companiesand TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions.

She was the first-ever CCO to be top-ranked by Cannes, and the first woman to top CCO lists by The Drum and D&AD, to be named CCO at FCB, and to be appointed Global CCO at both Leo Burnett and Ogilvy. She’s been named an Ad Age Woman to Watch, an Adweek Creative 100, and currently sits on The One Club National Board of Directors and WARC Advisory Board.
