Bana Salah, Creative Director, Publicis Middle East

Bana Salah is a Creative Director at Publicis Middle East, leading the Nestlé team since April 2024. With nearly two decades in the industry, her career began in Jordan before taking root in Dubai, where she spent 13 years shaping ideas at agencies like BBDO and FP7.

Majored in design, Bana brings a sharp visual eye to storytelling. Over the past seven years, she has led some of the region’s biggest FMCG accounts — from Unilever icons like Omo and Jif, to Arla and Puck in dairy, to Nestlé favorites including Country Corn Flakes, Koko Krunch, and KitKat.

Her work has consistently stood out on the regional and global stage, earning recognition at Dubai Lynx, Cannes Lions, D&AD, New York Festivals, and the Clio Awards.
