Carol Lam joined Link Asset Management in 2021 as Director – Corporate Brand, and is proud to be part of the team helping the Asia’s largest REIT brand to find growth paths. Before the change of course, Carol has been one of the few creative leaders who held concurrent senior management positions in global network agencies, including Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, McCann Worldgroup, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Group, TBWA and J Walter Thompson.
In her last agency posting with Publicis Groupe, Lam served dual roles as President and Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Great China, and Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Hong Kong, with specific focus of building brands that sell.
A hardcore creative practitioner and a big believer in purposeful brands, Lam’s strength is turning creative excellence into commercial success for brands. Her work experience spans across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Combining creative brilliance with a highly strategic mind, she has produced numerous award-winning and effective campaigns for iconic brands, such as Cathay Pacific, McDonald’s, HSBC, adidas, China Central Television (CCTV), Swire Properties’ Taikoo Li Sanlitun, Taikoo Li Cheng Du, Cityplaza, and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
She has received numerous industry accolades, including Campaign Asia’s Creative Person of the Year and Creativepool’s global Top 100 Influencers. A multi-award winner in herself, Carol has extensive experience judging at the major award shows, including ANDY Awards, Cannes Lions, the One Show, D&AD, London International Awards, Clio, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia and AdFest Lotus.
