Felipe Silva, Founder, and CEO of GANA Agency. Born and raised in the favela of Santo Inácio, in Rio de Janeiro. He has worked for agencies such as TBWA Brazil, AfricaDDB, and VMLY&R.

He has been awarded at important international festivals such as Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, El Ojo, Fiap, among others.
In 2021, he founded the GANA agency in Brazil. A 100% independent creative agency, 100% formed by black professionals.
In addition, he is the founder of Escola Rua, the first free advertising school in Brazil, with a focus on the inclusion and diversity of low-income youth.
