Pierre Carnet, Managing Director, Massive Music

Pierre began his career as a hip-hop DJ and producer. Starting in the advertising industry as a music supervisor at FF Creative Community in Paris, he evolved to lead the agency’s music department, working with brands like Amazon and Audemars Piguet. Leveraging his skills in brand music, he moved on to advised luxury brands like Chanel and Cartier as a freelance music consultant in ensuing years. Joining MassiveMusic, a Songtradr company, in 2020, he focused on direct-to-brand music solutions across EMEA and APAC. In 2022, Pierre moved to Dubai to open MassiveMusic’s first MENA office in the city, where he, alongside the team, creates musical gold for brands like Nakheel, NEOM, Qatar Airways, Careem and more from across the region. 
 
In April this year, MassiveMusic became the first music-focused creative agency from the Middle East to claim a place on the Cannes Lions Awards judging panel, with Pierre selected as a judge in the Entertainment Lions for Music CategoryThis underscores the respect and recognition that MassiveMusic Dubai has built up since being established in 2022, and is a testament to the continued growth and evolution of the creative and branding sector in the Middle East – now firmly recognised globally as a pioneering region for diversity, creativity and innovation. Pierre has also previously been a judge for the Immortal Awards by LBB 2023.
