Rodrigo Leal Rodrigues, Executive Creative Director, Horizon FCB

Rodrigo Leal Rodrigues is the Executive Creative Director at Horizon FCB. He has earned a substantial portfolio of awards from major international festivals +100, including Cannes Lions (3 Golds), D&AD Pencils, One Show (2 Golds), Clio, LIA, El Ojo (GP, 4 Golds), Effie (3 Golds), Dubai Lynx (GP, 3 Golds) among others.

He has worked for brands in every sector, including names such as McDonald’s, Visa, Samsung, Unilever, Audi, Jeep, GMC, FIAT, Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf (NIVEA), Emirates Airlines, DU, Clorox, and many others.

Born and raised in Brazil, he has worked at some of the largest multinational agencies; in 2015, he was part of the team that helped FCB Brazil become one of the most awarded agencies in Cannes Lions that year.

Rodrigo moved from Brazil to Dubai in 2016, where he became Head of Art and Creative Director at Leo Burnett, before moving to Horizon FCB as ECD in 2019, where he is currently heading the creative team.

In 2022 he won the first Lions in the Horizon FCB Dubai history.
