Andrej Arsenijević, Creative Director, McCann & MRM Dubai

Andrej is the Executive Creative Director at McCann & MRM Dubai, where he works with a diverse portfolio of global and regional clients. With extensive experience across digital, social, and integrated campaigns, he brings a sharp creative vision to projects ranging from fast-moving content to long-term brand platforms. His work has been recognized more than 70 times at leading advertising award shows and featured in prominent industry publications. He regularly serves as a jury member in award shows.

Beyond creative leadership, Andrej serves as the Sustainability Ambassador at MCN, where he drives regional and global transformation initiatives through a network of Sustainability Champions known as the Green Beans. He is also an active member of AmCham UAE, the Advertising Business Group, McCann’s & MRM’s Creative Leadership Community, and IPG’s Sustainability Allies.
