Jin Yang的中英文, Creative Partner, Leo Burnett Taiwan
Jin Yang is often seen as an extrovert, yet beneath this impression lies a true introvert with a hint of social anxiety. Despite her reserved nature, she brings immense passion to advertising, engaging deeply with partners and clients to achieve exceptional results.
As Creative Partner at Leo Taiwan, Jin began her career as a copywriter and has dedicated over 25 years to her beloved creative profession. She has also contributed her talents to several renowned agencies, including Hua Wei & Grey, JWT, and Bates.
A highly acclaimed creative talent, Jin rejoined Leo Burnett Taiwan in 2001 and has since become one of the most trusted partners for her clients. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of brands, including Heineken, McDonald’s, China Airlines, HCG, Lay’s, and Chunghwa Telecom. Her recent creative campaigns for China Airlines and McDonald’s Taiwan have sparked significant social buzz and conversation, garnering numerous awards and recognition both locally and globally.
According to Campaign Brief Asia’s reports in 2018 and 2020, Jin ranked second among Taiwan’s most awarded creatives. Her work has gained international recognition, and she has served as a juror for several prestigious international creative awards — including Finalist Jury for Cannes Lions, LIA, ADFEST, MAD Stars, One Asia, Shots, Young Guns, ADC, The ANDYs Greater China, and Effie Greater China, as well as Jury President for LIA Chinese, among others.
In an industry that has evolved rapidly over the past two decades, Jin remains forward-looking, never longing for the “good old days.” Rooted in traditional advertising, she believes that regardless of how technology and trends evolve, insight into human nature remains the cornerstone of truly impactful creativity.
