Lex Remalante, Global Associate Creative Director, The LEGO Group
Lex is a Global Associate Creative Director at Our LEGO Agency at The LEGO Group HQ. She has been in the industry for over a decade, working at multinational agencies, namely Leo Burnett and Dentsu Creative in Manila, and The Barn at Arla Foods HQ in Denmark. She has worked on global and regional campaigns for brands such as LEGO, Starbucks, Lurpak, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Unilever, P&G, and Nestlé, to name a few.
In 2023, she was selected as one of the female leaders in Cannes Lions See It Be It program. In 2024, she served on the jury for Cannes Lions See It Be It, ADC The One Club for Creativity in Product and Packaging Design, The Drum Awards for Social Purpose, MADStars for Integrated Stars and Media Stars, and as a D&AD Mentor for the New Blood Awards.
Her work has been globally recognized on the biggest advertising award stages. Now, as the global lead for LEGO Girls, her role is to create impactful campaigns that empower girls all over the world and address gender inequality through play.
Lex enjoys the Danish concept of hygge, especially because the weather outside is often too cold for her.
