Prerna Mehra is a powerhouse Creative Director and Head of Art and Design at MullenLowe MENA, known for captivating audiences and pushing creative boundaries with her work.

With experience at stellar agencies such as JWT, Ogilvy, Cheil, and MullenLowe across Asia and the Middle East, Prerna has made her mark on global giants like Samsung, Sprite, Honda, Yum Foods, Philips, Eicher Volvo, Morris Garages, MBRGI, and Mall of the Emirates, among others.

Prerna won the Cannes Young Lions for Design on home turf and was poised to make waves in the Print category as well, but she chose to dominate in Design instead.

Her career took a significant turn in 2017 when Cheil tasked her with establishing a design unit for Samsung. After three years of shaping brand languages for Samsung’s premier products, she moved to Dubai to elevate MullenLowe’s creative, art, and design standards. During her four-year tenure at MullenLowe MENA, Prerna has made an indelible impact, spearheading numerous successful campaigns and even influencing nation-building efforts, including groundbreaking support for gender-conscious AI laws.

Prerna’s passion for art and technology drives her to deliver innovative solutions for her clients. She excels at building client relationships and crafting integrated campaigns, earning recognition at prestigious industry awards both locally and internationally, such as the One Show, Clios, Cresta, Webbys, The Caples, Dubai Lynx, Gerety, and more. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events and at some of India’s most prestigious art and design colleges.

Her contributions have earned her titles like “MENA’s Women to Watch in 2023” and “Most Influential Youth Marketing Professional.” Her campaign was also named “Campaign of the Year” at the NY AME Awards by the New York Festival.

A respected figure in the industry, Prerna has served as a jury member at global and regional awards shows, including The One Show, London International Awards (LIA), Clios, Adfest, Gerety, Caples, Immortal Awards, Dubai Lynx, Kyoorius, Abbys, and the Global Young Guns Jury. This year, she also served as a shortlisting jury member for Cannes.

Outside of advertising, Prerna’s flair for fashion is evident in her designs, worn by Miss India World, and in her collaborations with top global brands.
